- فئدراسیونلار ایکی منطقه‌یه بولونوبلر:
- غرب منطقه‌سی فئدراسیونلاری‌کی غرب آسیا فوتبال فئدراسیونو (WAFF)، مرکزی آسیا فوتبال فئدراسیونو (CAFA) و جنوب آسیا فوتبال فئدراسیونوندا (SAFF) عوضو اولوبلار.
- شرق منطقه‌سی فئدراسیونلاری‌کی آسئآن فوتبال فئدراسیونو (AFF) و شرق آسیا فوتبال فئدراسیونوندا (EAFF) عوضو اولوبلار.
- هر منقطه‌نین، قروپ مرحلهسینده ۴ قروپا بولونوبلر کی ۱۲ تیم موستقیم و قالان ۴ تیم پلی آف اوینلاریله موشخص اولونور.
- ای‌اف‌سی رئیتینقی اساسیندا، هر منطقه‌ده‌کی ان یاخشی ۱۲ فئدراسیون کی ای‌اف‌سی شاخیصلرین یئرینه یئتیره بیلسه آسیا قهرمانلار لیگینه داخیل اولابیلر.
- هر منطقه‌نین ان یاخشی آلتی فئدراسیونو لاپ آزی موستقیم بیر یئر قروپلار مرحلهسینده قازانیر. قالان یئرلر پلی آف اویونلاریله موشخص اولونور (همچنین آی‌اف‌سی کاپینین قروپ مرحله‌سینین یئرلری):
- ۱-جی و ۲-جی رئیت‌ده کی فئدراسیونلارین هر بیریسی، اوچ موستقیم یئر و بیر پلی آف اویونیله یئر قازانیللار.
- ۳-جو و ۴-جو رئیت‌ده کی فئدراسیونلارین هر بیریسی، ایکی موستقیم یئر و ایکی پلی آف اویونیله یئر قازانیللار.

فئدراسیون رئیتی[دَییشدیر]
For the 2022 AFC Champions League, the associations are allocated slots according to their association ranking which was published on 29 November 2019,[۳][۴] which takes into account their performance in the AFC Champions League and the AFC Cup during the period between 2016 and 2019.

In the following table, the number of appearances and last appearance count only those since the 2002–03 season (including qualifying rounds), when the competition was rebranded as the AFC Champions League.

The following teams may enter either West Region or East Region should they not qualify for the tournament through domestic performance, and if they are from the top six associations, replace the lowest-seeded team from their association.

- ^ Philippines (PHI): Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines, the 2021 Copa Paulino Alcantara was cancelled and not organized by the Philippine Football Federation.[۵] The teams from the Philippines playing in the 2022 AFC Champions League are determined only by the results of the 2021 Philippines Football League.
