Yermal is a village in Udupi district of کارناتاکا state in هیندوستان, between Uchila and Padubidri on National Highway 17. There are two parts of Yermal, one is Tenka (meaning "south" in Tulu) and the other Bada or Badagu (meaning "north" in Tulu). There is a Janardhana temple in the village and a Jain Basadi. It has two Mosques and several other small temples,Daivastana(s) and Garadi(s). Yermal Janardhan car festival, The Bootharadhana, Nemosthavas, Yermal Urus and the Arasu Kambala are famous festivals.
